Stage Left streams work on all major browsers - Windows, macOS or your phone.

We recommend latest versions of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari.

If you're having trouble viewing a stream, it's possible that you have a poor connection:

• Check your speed
• Try clearing your browser’s cache
• Check that your browser is updated to the most recent version
• Do you have content- or ad-blocking software enabled? Check the settings, as they may restrict video content

Absolutely!

As well as watching the stream on your computer or phone you can also use Apple airplay or Google Chromecast to view on a supported device.

If the event you are attending requires a purchase then you will need to create an account.  It's completely free and only takes a minute. Click here to sign up for an account.

After signing up, go to the event page and click buy now. After purchasing, you should receive a confirmation email. Log in to your account and the event will be in your Events tab - or head on over to the artist's event page.

Once logged in, you will be able to watch once the event starts!

This will be down to the organiser.

Some events are time limited. Please check the event description.

If you're having trouble with your password, consider:

• Did you sign up with a typo in your email address, or an address different than the one you're using to sign in?
• Punctuation makes a difference. If you signed up with email.email@gmail.com, but are trying to sign in with emailemail@gmail.com for example.

Reset Your password:

1. Click the User Icon in the top right corner of the page.
2. Underneath the log in button, select Forgotten your password.
3. Enter your email and select Reset My Password.
4. You will be emailed a link to set a new password.

Stage Left is about the artists you love.

Artists can sell unique fan experiences and get paid what they deserve.

Stage Left takes just 10% of the ticket value - and that covers all e-commerce, ticketing, handling, promotion and streaming costs. The artists get the rest (and if they like, they can chop it up between venues/management/engineers). 

That's right, the people that really deserve it get 90% of the "door": there isn't a better deal for the industry within this solar system.
