Sound of Belfast presents

New Pagans

Location: Voodoo
15:00 GMT, Friday 06 November 2020

Song n°1: ‘Charlie has the Face of a Saint'

‘We chose Charlie because it's been nominated for the Northern Irish Music Prize Best Single Award this year. The lyrics are a collection of overheard words and conversations on Belfast buses, fused together to create the song.’

Song n°2: ‘Yellow Room’

‘We chose 'Yellow Room' because it's our latest single and during the campaign we've been trying to highlight the lack of a parent and baby perinatal mental health unit in NI.’

Featuring

13:00 GMT New Pagans

New Pagans create music that is vivid and engaged. The songs have massive riffs and rare dynamics. The lyrics are ready to start conversations and challenge the given ideas. Every release is a throwdown, a provocation, an education.
